After Kyoto.. we headed to MT Fuji.. which was the only destination in which I truely wanted to see.. adn you know what? I'm glad I went. I'm glad I went against my friends.. who were sooking about not wanting to see a mountain (CHOCO PALU) and then enjoying the wholetime there that they're coming back!!
Ok, Glad I got that off my shoulder. Lol, seriously.Choco gave me so much shit about Mt Fuji and how he didn't want to go because it's not cool, there's no hot Jap chicks, blah blah blah..
However, when we go thtere and he spent some time.. he wanted to stay longer.. I was going to punch him out.
But anyways, I was so excited about finally going MT Fuji (it's on my to-do list, which I can tick off now.. now all I have to do is climb it and another tick is added!) Unfortunately, climbing seasons starts in August. So we just stayed at Lake Kawagouchiko, which is where most of the famous photos of Mt Fuji are taken..
Where we stayed.. we had to share a room.. so the six of us ended up sleeping on tatami mats next to each other.. however! They fed us brekky and dinner and made our beds for us each day! We also had a 24hr onsen (public baths) which were freaking awesome!! Everything was lovely, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. We all ended up showering up at the onsen anyways after dipping in the hot spring water.. I lived up there after dinner. It was so nice nad hot.
Ok, sleep time.. but slowly gettingup to date.. so yay!!
